Fairly clean accommodation, wonderfully helpful staff. Good-sized and budget room and comfortable beds. Refreshing drinks and coffee, tea, butter, fresh bread and jam. Good pool, parking inside the hotel. Nice location near all the tourist attractions by foot, close to Sisowath Quay.
Bad smell in the room.

The hotel's location was great, being right next to the vibrant nightlife of Phnom Penh. The Halal Restaurant nearby was a convenient option for me to enjoy Halal meals. I booked a Wheelchair Accessible room equipped with a tea/coffee maker and got the exact room I requested upon arrival.

Great location near popular tourist attractions and the Phnom Penh night market. Easy access to Sisowath Quay. Spacious budget-friendly rooms. Excellent bathroom with a shower and bath sheets. Comfortable bed with down pillows.
